    ResponsibilitiesLead category reviews to create fact-based plans that maximise category growth, retailer sales, value, and IPN's position within the category.Build and deploy retailer engagement plans, delivering clear category strategies over an 18-24 month timeframe.Develop and articulate a compelling category vision and strategy by retailer, defining the role of IPN brands and portfolio in driving growth.Analyse and interpret category, market and shopper data, turning insight into actionable recommendations and growth plans.Translate brand plans and wider business strategy into retailer-facing execution plans, supporting successful online and in-store activation.Input into NPD by identifying opportunities and developing shopper-led selling stories.Act as the strategic category lead for your allocated customers and appointed channel or brand, providing thought leadership and expertise.Act as the voice of the retailer internally, coaching and upskilling commercial and marketing teams using external best practice, data and insight techniques.About youGraduate calibre, ideally with a degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years' experience working within an FMCG environment.Strong working knowledge of category data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Dunnhumby and/or retailer EPOS systems.Highly skilled in turning complex data into clear, persuasive insights and compelling stories.Strong communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.Highly analytical, numerate, and commercially minded.Solid understanding of FMCG retail environments and category management principles, including shopper insight and in-store execution.Able to build trusted, collaborative relationships with retail partners and internal teams.

    We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our Manufacturing site in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent position offering £34,694 per annum and is working on a 24/4 - Mon to Thursday - rotational days and nights.
    On Offer:Salary of £13.03 per hour plus £0.87 shift allowance48 hours per weekMonday to Thursday - weekly rotational days and nights (06:00 to 18:00 - and 18:00 to 06:00)Paid last Friday of each month.
    Please note there is not public transport routes to our factory, therefore you will need your own transport!
    The RoleTo ensure processes are followed within the warehouse to ensure products are receipted in, stored and despatched to the agreed standards and loading plans whilst keeping our colleagues safe. 
    Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver:Supply the production departments with raw and packaging materials in order to maintain a continuous production programmeLocate all finished goods from production areas into the Warehouse for storage until despatchUnload as and when required all incoming vehicles and rack away the materials following acceptance and GRN generationPick and assemble loads ready for dispatch. Load outgoing vehicles with finished goods as detailed on the loading despatch paperworkWork in a safe manner at all times ensuring the safety of myself and colleagues. Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times and raise any health and safety concerns through the appropriate channelsEnsure FLT fleet is fit for purpose through completing starter documentation and reporting damage to FLTs and plant damage by following the appropriate procedureUndertake training and assist with the training of other colleagues when required. Act as a buddy for new colleagues and provide guidance where necessary.

    The Opportunity:We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Manufacturing site in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent opportunity working in our Fresh Ingredients Kitchen (FIK) which means working with raw meat.
    44 hours per week (rotational days and nights)
    Week 1 - Monday to Friday 18:00 - 06:00Week 2 - Thursday, Friday and Saturday 06:00 - 18:00Week 3 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 06:00 - 18:00
