    We're excited to be recruiting for an Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional, perfect for someone passionate about building strong customer partnerships, delivering growth, and driving brand success within FMCG.

    Responsibilities Lead and develop the shift engineering team, setting clear expectations, providing feedback and supporting performance and development Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules for routine, preventative and statutory compliance activities Prioritise engineering tasks based on safety, operational criticality and production needs Monitor and control engineering labour, repair and maintenance costs within agreed budgets Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, BRC and statutory requirements Drive effective use of CMMS to optimise preventative maintenance strategy and improve asset reliability Analyse breakdown data and engineering performance to reduce unplanned downtime and improve OEE Manage external contractors and specialist maintenance activities where required Maintain accurate engineering records, documentation and reporting to support continuous improvement Contribute to the wider site engineering leadership team, ensuring engineering supports delivery of business plansAbout you Proven experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and preventative maintenance strategies Experience leading and developing engineering teams Good understanding of health & safety, food safety and compliance standards Confident managing engineering budgets and cost control Experience using CMMS systems (Pirana or similar desirable) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across site

    We are looking for Production Operatives and Skilled Production Operatives to join our team in our Manufacturing site near Kinmel Bay, North Wales. We have opportunities available in various departments, including Wet Packing, Wet Processing and Bakery.
    On Offer:Operator salary - £14.56 per hour (including shift allowance)Skilled Operator salary - £14.97 per hour (including shift allowance)42 hours per week average24/7 shift pattern - (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)Monthly payTraining provided
    The RoleThe Production Operative role is to ensure processes are followed within the production to ensure products are produced in line with production plans, to the highest level of quality whilst keeping our colleagues safe.  Key Responsibilities:Following production directions given and ensuring that products are packed using the correct combination and volumes of WIPEnsuring that the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the production process, through compliance with relevant Food Safety legislation, standards and requirementsFollowing the 'Clean As You Go' policy at all times, to ensure that the department is operating to the highest standards of hygieneEnsuring that hourly production checks are carried out, and when any issues arise, that they are reported immediately to the Area Shift Leader or the Area ManagerMonitors the effectiveness of machinery and equipment, through overall equipment effectiveness, where there is an issue escalate through the appropriate channels e.g. reporting breakdowns to Engineering departmentPromote a people safe culture within the department, complying with policies and procedures, reporting any safety issues and plant damage through the appropriate proceduresMinimising waste of raw materials, products, packaging, chemicals and water whilst undertaking duties within the departmentUndertake training and assist with the training of other colleagues when required. Act as a buddy for new colleagues and provide guidance where necessary.
    Skills, Experience and Qualifications:Experience in a same / similar role within ManufacturingA good standard of education; demonstrates good literacy and numerical skills, able to understand, communicate and report clearly in EnglishFood Hygiene Accreditation - desirable.
