We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and industry-experienced Lecturer in Creative Media to join our thriving Media Department at Stamford College. If you are passionate about interactive media, digital creativity, and delivering outstanding learning experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to combine your industry expertise with your passion for teaching. This is a part time (29.6 hours per week) role working all year round on a permanent contract. The Role As a Lecturer in Creative Media, you will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching on UAL Level 2 and Level 3 Interactive Media programmes, inspiring students to develop the technical, creative, and professional skills they need to succeed in the creative industries. This is more than teaching its an opportunity to mentor, motivate, and support learners throughout their journey while contributing to curriculum development, course coordination, and continuous quality improvement within a dynamic and supportive department. What youll be doing as a Media Lecturer Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment across Interactive Media and related programmes Coordinate and support course delivery to ensure excellent student outcomes Create innovative and engaging learning resources using digital technologies and ILT Support students through tutorials, feedback, and pastoral guidance Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum provision Build strong employer links and support work placement opportunities Participate in open events, student recruitment, and industry engagement activities Drive high standards in teaching, learning, assessment, and student achievement We are seeking someone who has: A teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one within an agreed timeframe) Recent industry experience in Interactive Media / Creative Media Strong knowledge of digital and interactive media at Levels 14 A passion for inspiring learners and raising aspirations Experience using innovative teaching methods and digital learning technologies Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Why work for IEG?
