The Marketing team develop critical connections with both our clients and vendor partners with a view to creating long-lasting relationships. The Marketing team also plays a key role in defining compelling value propositions as well as executing promotional activity in order to drive brand awareness and generate demand for Insight’s solutions and services.The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the performance marketing team.The role focuses on supporting the development and execution of performance marketing initiatives in relation to digital, content and campaigns. Key duties & responsibilities: • Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, content & digital asset creation to drive pipeline for marketing initiatives.
    • Support the management of Performance marketing campaign activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Help create and optimize integrated marketing campaigns using digital, content, and paid media to engage target accounts in EMEA.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional marketing teams, sales teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of campaign activities, acting to improve response and conversion rates where appropriate.
    • Support the partner marketing team with partner marketing campaigns and reporting back to partners.
    • Assist with updating and presenting campaign plans and activities to marketing stakeholders across EMEA.
