Responsibilities: Courtesy calls to claimants ensuring GDPR compliance and processes are strictly followed. Facilitation of any special claimant requests such as translators. Daily PRS diary maintenance and actioning any system alignment changes and management of the arrivals board ensuring slots are accurately uploaded on a weekly basis. Work in conjunction with the Senior Site Coordinator to shape PRS diaries and upload required slots. Support local Assessment Centre when business requires. Training will be given on current requirement. Deputise for Senior Site Coordinator during periods of leave. Essential Criteria: You will be required to undergo and successfully gain BPSS security clearance check to undertake this position. IT literate, competent in Word and Excel. Fluent in English Language skills: able to communicate via telephone, email, and face to face in a clear and courteous and professional manner. Organisation skills: demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload when multitasking in a rational manner both individually and for the team. Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative. As our Relationship Manager, you will manage and establish employer relationships and support recruitment, job starts and sustainability on the vacancies that the employers provide. You will also make regular contact with these clients to ensure repeat business can be gained. As the Relationship Manager, you will: Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants. Sell the Ingeus recruitment services to employers and utilise marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities. Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs. Promote and agree recruitment processes with employers, I.e. web and face to face recruitment sessions, screening and shortlisting processes as well as job offer processes.
