    A banking client based in Canary Wharf is looking for a HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of HR information systems, with a strong focus on ADP platforms. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for ADP (e.g., Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar). ADP IHCM expertise. Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent (as applicable). Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions. Manage system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new module implementations. Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation checks, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using ADP reporting tools and/or third-party BI tools. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data flow between HRIS and payroll systems. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, ADP vendors, and external consultants. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on administration of ADP systems. Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes. Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment. Preferred Qualifications: ADP certification(s) (e.g., Workforce Now, Vantage). Experience with integrations (APIs, file feeds, SFTP). Knowledge of employment and payroll compliance requirements.
