Besides being the main driver in the set-up of our station and operations, with the support of central teams, you’ll be the face of our company on the ground, reporting directly to the UK & Ireland - Operations Area Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans & depot in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee the smooth operation of the station.   WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Guarantee all incoming rentals, perform and organise check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate the team’s activities; Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly; Training, supervising, and coaching your team (1 to 3 people); Preparing and cleaning our campervans, monitor maintenance and repairing needs; Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition; Source and establish a network of vendors and external partners to assist your depot operations; Control workforce scheduling according to the activities, manage and report inventory, and stock; Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and presenting them on-site to prospective and final buyers.   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable; 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role; You’re fluent in English (mandatory); You’re eligible to work in the UK, have a valid driver's license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory); You’re available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; You’re a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.    THE INDIE COMMITMENT! This role is critical in managing the entire sales process for our used recreational vehicles (RVs) onsite. The successful candidate will be the lead person for RV Sales located in our London location responsible for qualifying leads, conducting customer demos, preparing vehicles for sale, and handling vehicle handovers post-purchase. The role requires a combination of sales capabilities, operational efficiency, and a customer-driven mindset.   WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet sales targets. Manage inbound leads and drive them through the commercial funnel to generate sales. Prepare vehicles for defleet including coordination of MOT, repairs, cleaning vehicle condition audits, and photos together with local staff and asset operations team. Prepare vehicles for sale, including preparation for customer demo / visit (check in preparation procedures excluding cleaning) and for vehicle handover postsale, in coordination with depot colleagues. Conduct customer demos and handle vehicle handovers to customers post-purchase. Build and maintain local partnerships for vehicle photos, third party condition reports, etc. Organize and hold local sales events (e.g., open days at the depot). Coordinate with teams at HQ to ensure proper alignment of priorities and quality execution.  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Handle inbound leads similar to an online sales executive. Prepare vehicles to be demoed and delivered to potential buyers. Conduct customer demo activities. Handle vehicle handover activities. Document vehicle condition, ensure appropriate refurbishment, and take photos of vehicles for sale. Work on agreed sales development projects.   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Technical degree in sales and/or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in auto sales, RV sales, or other sales roles is highly desirable. Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in RV sales and/or auto sales at a dealership. Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong understanding of RV products and sales capabilities is a strong plus. Proficiency in handling administrative requirements related to the sale of leased vehicles/RVs (document handling, lease termination, etc.) is nice to have. Humble and proactive attitude with a "builder" mindset. Knowledge of consumer financing is nice to have. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Customer-driven with a focus on high standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Availability to work 100% on premises (no remote). Availaibility to work the standard Weekly schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, Start date at 8:00 or 9:00 local time, to be defined between the local leadership (BOS/BOM) and the RVS commercial manager; with possibility of rotating schedule (every month, possibility to change days off with a sign-off of both the location leader and the RV Sales commercial manager, contingent on there being no relevant RV Sales activity during those days.)     This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys. As a Campervan Mechanic, you will be part of our Edinburgh team and work with the UKI & Nordics Regional Team and your primary responsibility is to maintain our campervans available at all times and at the highest possible condition,  contributing to an efficient operation and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the the local leader, your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to that objective, namely: Conduct systematic inspection to vehicles and diagnose problems on vehicles’ mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance Light bodywork repairs that involve spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors) Campervan spare parts substitution and repairs Campervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs Maintain and develop the relationships with external partners Coordinating the execution of vehicles’ interventions with external suppliers and regional teams Maintain all vehicle information systems updated according to the established procedures Move campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depots Maintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean Maintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times As part of the local team, you will also be part of the daily operations of the depot and will execute tasks related to that effect, namely: Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers Assist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in storage area, register item consumption and new orders Maintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical or a similar program in the automotive industry At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
