In this role, you’ll partner with programmatic agencies and marketers that leverage Index Exchange’s technology through our Demand Side Platform integrations. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring payroll inputs are complete, validated, and submitted accurately, while supporting employee lifecycle changes including hires, promotions, transfers, and exits. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting multi-country payroll processes, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving workflows and data accuracy in a fast-paced, global environment. We are not seeking a payroll processor, instead we're looking for someone who is strong in HR operations, HRIS administration and employee lifecycle management beyond payroll inputs and outputs.
