Someone that is willing to travel to our clients homes in Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:Experience within a children's care role is essential and the successful candidate will be caring, compassionate and resilient.We provide full nurse-led training.A driver with access to a car is required as traveling to a range of clients is essential to the role.

Your role will be varied and rewarding, involving:Personal carePEG feeding and medication administrationSeizure monitoring and managementMoving and handlingSuctioning (as required)Engaging in sensory play, arts and crafts, story time, and outingsWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every shift. Your role will include supporting her to access a range of community activities such as rebound therapy, visits to the zoo, local parks, and other attractions.At home, you will help create enriching sensory experiences and support activities she enjoys, such as music therapy, physiotherapy, massage, foot spas, and spending time in the garden.
