Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain high standards of care and ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can truly thrive.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, values teamwork and wants to make a genuine difference in a supportive setting.About the roleAs Deputy Manager, you will support both leadership and practice on the floor.
