    Overview  The Marketplace Account Manager is the named account owner for a portfolio of Marketplace accounts. They are responsible for day-to-day account servicing and for devising and executing the Marketplace strategy for their group of clients. They will show broad command for all areas of Marketplace management with specific areas of excellence.  Role Outcomes Ownership: Incubeta's Marketplace clients have a named account owner who is accountable for Marketplace performance, and for sustaining and growing fee revenue for IncubetaExcellence: Clients receive work on time and on budget to a high standard. Any errors are caught and corrected swiftly, and communications are proactive and clear to give optimal client experience.Commercial Acumen: Marketplace Account Managers have their eyes and ears open to ways to increase revenue from clients, and to potential client dissatisfaction and risk. Leadership: Marketplace Account Managers can take management responsibility for Marketplace Account Executives and Senior Account Executives. If not managing directly, they are expected to mentor, coach and guide more junior colleagues as everyone learns together. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Be the principal and lead point of contact for a portfolio of Marketplace clientsOwn client communications and guide supporting team members in the communications needed for account deliveryTroubleshoot client concerns or performance issues, where possible monitoring to prevent problems occurringEscalate to the Head of Marketplaces for senior client contact as needed Content, Operations, Advertising: Devise strategies for content upgrades and evolution for clients, and secure client approval for changes, including for associated feesManage the delivery of content work including the workload of relevant Account Executive(s) to ensure high quality and on-time completionExecute content production tasks alongside relevant Account Executive(s) including asset editing via Photoshop and video creation as neededConduct regular account health checks in addition to those done by Account Executive(s)Support Account Executive(s) with raising cases to minimise risk or duration of client account suspensionPrepare and justify operational changes to clients' accounts and processes to enable optimal performance on Marketplace channelsCreate Marketplace advertising strategies on appropriate channels for clientsApply automation and analysis using Pacvue, Helium10 and any other relevant technologies for advertising successAdvise clients with best practice for Marketplace advertising and secure necessary budgets for success  Reporting: Manage timely delivery of clear and actionable datapoints to give clients clear understanding of their Marketplace performance, coupled with a commercial mindset to show Incubeta's work in a positive lightConsistently request feedback from clients to enable reporting upgrades and evolution to best-serve client expectations and goalsDemonstrate backbone to clients to ensure reporting requests are relevant to their Marketplace business and can be delivered in a profitable way for IncubetaData points are shared with colleagues to help determine market segment trends for the benefit of Incubeta PR and clients' wider understanding Internal: Management of Marketplace Account Executives and Senior Account ExecutivesParticipate in growth initiatives including, but not limited to, marketing, PR, events, proposition developmentOffer mentorship and training to more junior colleaguesHours are logged in Harvest by the deadlines set by Leadership Core Skills Required: 3+ years of experience hands-on with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller CentralDemonstrable experience owning Amazon functions for a brand or portfolio of brandsTroubleshooting and quick pivotingStrong analysis skills, particularly for Marketplace reporting
