    Job Overview We are looking for a Programmatic Associate to join our team in London with a strong focus on client advisory and external engagement. This role is centred on working directly with advertiser and agency clients, advising them on how to best utilise Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) to achieve their business objectives. You would lead and advise a portfolio of clients on the strategic use of relevant AdTech platforms, acting as a trusted external partner to their teams. You will guide clients through the ongoing development of their platform usage, providing advisory support, training, and troubleshooting where needed, while working closely with Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. Alongside day-to-day client engagement, you will proactively identify opportunities to further enhance client outcomes through deeper platform adoption or additional solutions, partnering with clients in a consultative, value-led way to support their long-term success. This role has 4 primary outcomes: Client Satisfaction: Client service expectations within your contractual scope are clearly met or exceeded. Client Maturity: Client platform use maturation is clearly planned and monitored. Client Growth: Client servicing requirements outside of their contractual scope are clearly identified and proposals are made to fulfil. Personal Growth: Personal knowledge of core/adjacent platforms are built and experience of leading/supporting collaborative working groups is gained.
