In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Head of Regional Marketing (Combustibles) across a diverse set of clusters, helping to align global and regional consumer strategies with commercial planning and decision-making. You’ll play a key part in driving strategic priorities, known as Must Win Battles, and ensuring performance across markets. With a remit spanning consumer marketing, brand building, and portfolio strategy, you’ll have oversight of all marketing and brand-related activities in the region. You’ll be instrumental in embedding centrally led strategies into local markets, enabling in-year P&L delivery, and acting as the go-to expert for clusters to drive success.Principle Accountabilities Collaborate with market clusters to shape strategic business plans and regional marketing priorities that align with commercial objectives. Co-lead portfolio strategy and reviews, ensuring consumer-centric initiatives support brand and business plan targets. Evaluate business cases for new launches, ensuring feasibility and cross-functional alignment to meet market goals. Partner with global and regional teams to co-create brand strategies and a three-year initiative roadmap for portfolio delivery. Ensure optimal brand architecture and activation across clusters to drive success with key consumer segments. Champion consumer insights and promote best practice sharing across the region to build strategic and operational capability.
