We’re currently seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner – IT to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our Global IT organisation, which operates with a budget exceeding £350 million. If you're passionate about combining financial expertise with strategic insight in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment - we’d love to hear from you.Principle Accountabilities Act as the primary finance contact for stakeholders, driving performance, challenging inefficiencies, and delivering actionable insights within a strong financial control framework. Maintain accurate and reliable forecasts to support medium- and long-term decision-making, constructively challenging stakeholders to maximise value and performance. Collaborate with IT to ensure timely, complete, and insightful monthly performance reporting, championing process improvements and simplifying reporting structures to enhance transparency and efficiency. Deliver data-driven financial analysis to support strategic decisions, identifying and prioritising opportunities for cost efficiency and incremental value. Provide robust financial input into ad-hoc projects and investment cases, ensuring optimal returns, accurate depreciation forecasting, and effective tracking of benefits realisation. Uphold financial control integrity through accurate monthly reconciliations, timely asset management, and full compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Skills and Experience Required Substantial relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, with considerable time spent in a business partnering capacity. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Self-motivated and highly analytical, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage non-finance stakeholders. Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively across different locations and functions. Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling skills, with high proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Reporting to the Prototype & Validation Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through testing, validation, and collaboration.Principle Accountabilities Collaborate with Development Engineers on new technology initiatives, product development, and ongoing engineering projects. Assemble, disassemble, and test prototypes and in-market products, generating and analysing test data to support R&D activities. Operate, maintain, and calibrate test equipment, ensuring workshop tools, consumables, and facilities are kept to high standards. Produce jigs, fixtures, and test setups to support prototype assembly, testing, and sample preparation across various facilities. Maintain health and safety standards, follow good working practices, and comply with all safety, ethics, and quality procedures. Support documentation processes including SOPs, test reports, and internal training requirements. We’re currently seeking an experienced and versatile Site Services Maintenance Engineer to become a key part of our well-established Site Services team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8am–4pm), with occasional out-of-hours support to ensure smooth operational continuity. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of plant equipment and associated services, working collaboratively within a multi-functional team across both mechanical and electrical disciplines. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience from a development-focused environment, a strong service mindset when working with internal stakeholders, and a proactive approach with a genuine passion for continuous improvement.Principle Accountabilities Carry out planned and corrective maintenance tasks, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures. Recommend enhancements to preventive maintenance schedules and advise on spare parts to maximise equipment availability and reliability. Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to analyse technical data, implement equipment upgrades, and support asset projects from design through to handover. Provide mechanical expertise across motors, pumps, belts, bearings, pneumatics, and fabrication, including fault diagnosis, repairs, and installations. Support operational teams with equipment setup, operator training, and ensure compliance with safety procedures such as Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and GMP standards. Assist with site compliance activities, including audits, contractor documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment. Skills and Experience Required Hold a Level 3 NVQ or recognised engineering qualification, with experience in planned preventative maintenance and working within GMP cleanroom environments. Demonstrate a thorough, disciplined, and proactive approach to tasks, with strong organisational and time management skills. Possess excellent communication abilities—verbal, written, and listening—suitable for interacting across all levels. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with high attention to detail and accuracy. Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to Health & Safety standards and compliance.
