    Hours: Monday to Friday - weekly rotating shift (Earlies/Lates) IMPACT EVOLVE is proud to be supporting a fast-growing eCommerce fulfilment business in their search for an Operations Manager to lead outbound warehouse operations and drive performance across a busy, high-volume dispatch function.This business is experiencing rapid growth, processing tens of thousands of customer orders every day, and is seeking an ambitious and hands-on leader to take full ownership of outbound fulfilment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every order leaves on time, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. while developing a high-performing team culture built on energy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    The OpportunityAs Operations Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of 20–30 warehouse operatives within the outbound pick and pack operation, taking charge of all aspects of despatch performance and output. You’ll bring structure, motivation, and leadership to the evening shift, ensuring every team member knows what great looks like and has the tools and drive to deliver it.Working closely with the wider fulfilment and customer operations teams, you’ll help to embed better processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen reporting, KPIs, and SLAs ,while fostering a culture where performance, communication, and ownership come first.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage outbound fulfilment operations to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time and in full.

    Build, coach, and inspire a motivated team, setting clear expectations and maintaining high operational standards.

    Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and take proactive action to maintain productivity and quality targets.

    Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve communication, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

    Drive structured improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and team engagement.

    Maintain strict safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards across the shift.

    About YouExperienced people leader with a track record managing large teams in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.

    Confident, decisive, and action-oriented — able to set direction, hold others accountable, and lead by example.

    Strong communicator who can engage, motivate, and influence at every level.

    Comfortable balancing hands-on leadership with data-driven performance management.

    A natural problem-solver with the resilience and drive to thrive in a high-growth operation.

    Experience in D2C / eCommerce fulfilment or exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.

    Forklift certification is beneficial but not essential.
