The team is well-fundedand is seen as mission-critical to IG’s success in the APAC region.  Your role in the Team: The Product Designer in this team will be an equal partner to Product and Engineering in shaping and bringing to market a coherent, differentiated trading platform. Your role in the Team Playing an important role in helping to manage the division's Employment Relations practices, you'll work hand-in-hand with the divisional HR team, to support local managers in providing employee relations advice, leading on organisational restructuring activity, capability, and disciplinary and grievance issues. Represent the UK regulated entities at the Client Money and Asset Committee (as a member) and own the client money and asset policy for these entities. Collaborate with the Finance Business Partners to produce analysis and provide information to key business stakeholders. Aid FP&A with budgeting and forecasting where required. Collaborate with the Finance Change team to shape and define business processes, drive requirements and agree resources, acting as the key internal finance stakeholder for change projects involving the UK entities and be accountable for successful delivery.
