    The Role

    As a UHNW Account Executive, you will be the day-to-day lead adviser and relationship owner for a portfolio of UHNW clients, responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while managing and placing complex, multi-line insurance programmes in the London market.
    You will work closely with Producers and senior stakeholders, supported by dedicated technical, claims, and servicing teams - allowing you to focus on client strategy, insurer engagement, and programme delivery at the highest level.

    What You'll Be DoingActing as lead Account Executive for a portfolio of UHNW clients and family office relationshipsManaging and advising on complex, bespoke UHNW insurance programmesStructuring and placing multi-line risks in the London market across high-value homes, fine art, international assets, and specialty linesLeading insurer negotiations to secure optimal coverage, terms, and programme structureDelivering proactive, strategic advice and exceptional ongoing client serviceSupporting Producers with new business opportunities and client transitionsRepresenting the business with insurers, clients, and professional advisers
    Who We're Looking ForProven experience within UHNW or high-value private clients insuranceBackground as an Account Executive, Client Manager, or Client Director within a broker or insurerStrong technical knowledge across complex UHNW risk portfoliosConfident, polished communicator with credibility at UHNW and family office levelDetail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing sophisticated client structuresDiscretion, professionalism, and a service-led mindset
    Experience within a global broker or insurer, exposure to family offices or international UHNW clients, and ACII qualification (or progress toward) are advantageous but not essential.
