    Location - Ruddington, Nottinghamshire Department - Marketing Working Pattern - HybridBenefits - Salary - The salary for this role will be discussed at next stage.We are looking for a Head of Marketing (EHS) to lead the growth strategy for a set of EHS solutions with very different routes to market. You will shape how we create demand, how we build our pipeline engine, and how Marketing partners with Sales across the region.This is a role for someone who enjoys building - teams, playbooks, processes, results, and who can operate confidently in a fast‑moving environment. You will be high impact, high influence in building EHS marketing for the EMEA region, work closely with senior leadership, and lead a platinum team based in Nottingham.If you want a broad remit, meaningful ownership, and the chance to define how EHS marketing is done here, you will find that opportunity. Responsibilities Leading demand generation strategy across multiple product lines, each with different sales cycles and customer expectations.Leading and inspiring a Nottingham based marketing team, setting standards, structure, and direction.Creating integrated campaigns that combine ABM, digital marketing, and marketing led pipeline generation.Developing clear and compelling digital experiences, web, landing pages, creative assets, and campaign journeys.Equipping BDRs and AEs with strong creative support for both inbound and outbound outreach.Partnering closely with Sales to understand growth levers, pipeline requirements, and revenue expectations.Analysing performance, optimising campaigns, and focusing relentlessly on outcomes, not activity. Skills and Experience A commercially minded marketer who understands how pipeline influences revenue and can speak confidently about performance and outcomes.Someone entrepreneurial, comfortable building things from the ground up and driven by impact over process.Experience leading in SaaS or a similar high growth environment, ideally with exposure to both enterprise and high velocity demand generation.Strong ABM experience and the ability to run high volume digital campaigns when required.A leader who can both set strategy and roll up their sleeves.A clear communicator who can operate alongside senior leadership and represent Marketing across the region.Someone competitive, resilient, and resourceful, who brings energy, drive, and initiative.Based in or able to work regularly from Nottingham, providing on site leadership and presence for the team.
