p Our international client is currently searching for a Staff Photolithography Process Development Engineer to be responsible for developing, optimising, and supporting lithography and e-beam lithography processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. Driving process improvements, new product introduction (NPI), yield enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency in a semiconductor fabrication environment will all be required. /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li Develop, optimise, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes (particularly lithography/e-beam lithography). /li li Improve yield, process capability, cycle time, and reduce scrap using SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical analysis. /li li Qualify and support manufacturing equipment to maximise uptime and capacity. /li li Analyse process and equipment data to identify and resolve issues. /li li Support NPI, technology transfer, and cross-functional engineering projects. /li li Produce technical documentation, procedures, and training materials. /li li Troubleshoot process and equipment problems in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. /li /ul p Required Qualifications Experience /p ul li Strong Photolithography process knowledge /li li Experience in semiconductor, photonics, MEMS, optoelectronics, silicon photonics, or other advanced manufacturing environments. /li li Knowledge of:Statistical Process Control (SPC) /li li Design of Experiments (DOE) /li li Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing /li li Root cause analysis /li li Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (desirable) /li li Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. /li li Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. /li li HNC/HND or Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Semiconductor Technology, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. /li /ul p br /p p Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details. /p p br /p p . /p
