You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and represent Park Hyatt London River Thames with professionalism, warmth and confidence. You will proactively source, develop and convert business for the hotel, supporting rooms, groups, events and other revenue opportunities in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy. You will conduct sales calls, client appointments and hotel show rounds, creating memorable experiences that reflect the hotel’s luxury positioning. You will maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and client needs, using this insight to support sales planning and account development. Working closely with the wider Sales, Revenue and Operations teams, you will help ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests. You will prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate account records and activity reports, and attend networking events, trade shows and client functions to promote the hotel and strengthen Hyatt’s presence in the London market. About you You are a confident and commercially focused sales professional with strong experience in hospitality and luxury hotels.
