    Overview
    We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our multi-skilled maintenance team.
    This role is crucial for delivering a 50/50 mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across accommodations, offices, schools, and industrial estates.

    Key Responsibilities
    Planned & Reactive Maintenance (50/50 split): Carry out electrical fault finding, minor installations, and repairs. Attend and resolve day-to-day reactive maintenance issues across all contract sites. Assist the projects team with minor installation works and small-scale improvements. Duties: Perform routine electrical compliance checks, including Emergency Lighting tests and Fire Alarm system checks. Conduct basic water hygiene monitoring tasks (L8 compliance). Execute essential HVAC maintenance (e.g., filter changes, fan/motor cleans and changes on AHU/FCU). Undertake general building fabric works (e.g., basic patching, making good). Carry out minor plumbing repairs (e.g., leaks, tap changes). Support the team of 7 multi-skilled engineers (Fabric, Plastering, Joinery, Electrical, Plumbing) as needed.
    Role Environment Mobile Role: Covering a cluster of sites primarily within the Leeds region. Team Size: Integrated team of 7 multi-skilled engineers. Vehicle: Company Van provided for business use.
    What We’re Looking For
    Qualifications: Essential: 18th Edition. Desirable: City & Guilds Level 3 in an Electrical discipline.
    Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities management setting. Competence in performing basic duties across other trades (plumbing, fabric).
    Benefits Annual Leave: 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. On-Call: One night per week standby payment (£12.50 per night). 1 in 5 weekend rota (Fri-Sat-Sun). Call-outs paid at a minimum of 3 hours at the relevant OT rate. Overtime (OT) Structure: Mon-Fri (16:30 – 00:00): 1.5 Mon-Fri (00:00 onwards): 2.0 Saturday Morning: 1.5 Saturday Afternoon & Sunday: 2.0

    Overview
    We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Fabric Engineer to join the on-site facilities team. You will deliver a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of buildings and associated assets.     Key Responsibilities
