This is a varied and active role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a practical team, and helping customers get exactly what they need to get the job done. What you’ll be doing: As a Warehouse/Yard Operative / Relief HGV Driver, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the yard. Here’s what the job involves: Providing a friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in the yard Safely receiving and organising deliveries - keeping the yard tidy and secure Supporting with vehicle loading/unloading - helping the team get deliveries out on time Making occasional local deliveries – when cover is needed (e.g. holidays or absences) Being vigilant about stock security and safety procedures We’re happy to explore flexible working options.
