Requirements: Bachelors degree in Estimator, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Estimator in construction projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Proficiency in Estimator software and MS Office Suite. Effective communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Membership in a relevant professional organisation is desirable.
