As a Store Manager in our Flagship BOSS store,you will be the driving force behind the success of your location, leading your team to deliver exceptional results while embodying the values of HUGO BOSS.
You will play a pivotal role in achieving performance targets, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring operational excellence.
What you can expect:
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless store operations, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experienceTake full accountability for driving the team to achieve and exceed the store's performance targets and KPIDevelop and implement actionable short- and long-term plans to ensure sustained success and growthAnalyse performance metrics to identify opportunities and execute strategies for continuous improvementInspire, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of high performance and collaborationConduct regular appraisals to provide constructive feedback and support individual growtLead effective recruitment, succession planning, and networking to build a strong, future-ready teamChampion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every team member delivers a premium and personalised HUGO BOSS experienceEnsure the effective use of all available tools, systems, and resources to optimise store operationsGuarantee compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational integrityOversee the execution of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail in all aspects of the storeStay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesShare relevant insights and recommendations with your General Manager,Area Manager and the retail team to maintain a competitive edgeAct as an ambassador for HUGO BOSS, embodying the brand's values and vision in every aspect of your role
Your profile:
Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environmentExcellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop the team through active managementAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the businessDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledgeWillingness to constantly learn & developExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbalExperience in networking & building relationships
