As we continue to shape workspaces we’re genuinely proud of, we’re looking for a Workspace Coordinator to help keep our Milton Keynes site running smoothly. In this 12-month FTC role, you’ll be the friendly face of our new state of the art factory ensuring our reception, meeting rooms and office spaces are energising, efficient, and ready for great work to happen every day. First Impressions: Greet clients, visitors, and team members with energy and professionalism to create a welcoming atmosphere. Tech Support: Oversee front desk systems—manage Slack inquiries, visitor calendar, and guest sign-ins. Visitor Liaison: You will provide top-notch visitor experience by addressing inquiries, guiding visitors, and connecting them to the right resources. Be the bridge between external guests and internal teams. Workspace Coordination: Manage daily operations in reception, meeting rooms, and common areas—ensuring they’re clean, organised, and well-stocked. Event Hosting: Support on-site events, handling setup, and guest experience. Workplace Management: Make sure that all shared spaces are properly maintained, including reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate facilities manager, and liaising with contractors where necessary. Team Support: Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks, office organisation, and support departments to keep the workplace efficient. PPE Management: Take ownership of PPE for staff and visitors and monitoring stock levels, ordering replenishments, ensuring correct storage and labelling, and maintaining full compliance with site food-safety standards.     What we're looking for in youYou may have had some experience as an office administrator, or maybe you’ve worked
    in hospitality or customer service, but what is most important is your ability to muck in
    and be a team player. Looking after the office means no day is ever the same so you’ve got to be prepared for whatever problems come your way and be on hand to help fix
    them. This role will be best suited to someone who is:
    Willing to muck in and roll your sleeves up, part of the role is very practical and will require rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in tidying, restocking and reorganising. Comfortable with the manual side of the role, including regularly lifting and moving stock, especially when restocking fridges and managing supplies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. IT literate and technical minded - we look after a lot of tech in our offices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. You’ll be checking everything from raw materials to finished products across our global co-manufacturers and our Huel MK site. Using strong relationships across the business, you’ll help deliver quick, effective solutions and won’t hesitate to speak up when you see a better way of doing things.This role sits within the UK Technical Team, protecting our products and brand. You’ll split your time between our Tring HQ and our Milton Keynes manufacturing site, working closely with the wider Huel Technical Team and supporting our US and global Operations teams when needed.
    Here's an insight into your day to day:  Manage the testing schedule for finished products across co-manufacturers and Huel Factory, taking appropriate action on finished goods - controlling food safety, allergens, heavy metals and any other risks to the business Review and support risk assessment on micro & allergen testing, working collaboratively with Head of Technical and Ingredients Technical Manager Support with raw material and sampling testing schedules Manage Huel’s 3rd party accreditations including KLBD Kosher, HFA Halal, Coeliac Society, Vegan Society, NSF and non-GMO Review existing products for annual renewal and complete new product applications Manage co-manufacturer and Huel accreditation audit schedules Lead on onboarding for new accreditation bodies Support complex customer queries on regulations or compliance e.g. allergens or label queries, utilising the existing experience and skill within the Technical team Host quarterly lab meeting with our external testing labs across the UK, EU and US - review performance and improvements Review and develop KPI scoring for Technical monthly meetings, including scoring analysis and presentation to the wider technical team Maintain the Technical finished product testing budget and manage POs Support with completing internal site audits Drive business improvement through identifying key initiatives Support for a variety of technical projects and initiatives within R&C and the wider technical team What we're looking for in youThis role will best suit someone with 1-2 years + experience of a similar role within a food manufacturing business e.g. Technical assistant, QC/QA, artwork. You'll ideally have some knowledge and exposure to accreditations such as (but not limited to) BRC, SQF (GFSI), Kosher, Halal, Organic, Non-GMO & NSF. You'll also need to be: Analytical and driven to get the job done with reliability  Ok with challenge culture: question ideas & ways of working not only within regulatory & compliance, but within the Technical team.  Thorough understanding of food safety criteria, necessity for challenge and risk reduction Strong understanding of food legislation and food manufacturing standards Experience with risk assessment, UK/EU and US allergens, heavy metals, and micro Ability to build strong relationships, including negotiation and influence with suppliers and manufacturers where required And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. You’ll work closely with NPD, procurement, and suppliers to support formulations, manage bespoke nutrient blends, and oversee ingredient changes. This role ensures our products meet global regulations, pass rigorous testing, and maintain Huel’s high nutrition standards — helping us stay nutritionally complete, compliant, and industry-leading.Product Formulation & Optimisation
    - Partner with the NPD team to formulate new Huel products and refine existing formulations.
    - Act as the key nutrition point of contact for ingredient changes, collaborating with procurement and NPD to assess suitability and ensure seamless integration into existing formulations.
    - Lead the management of Huel’s bespoke vitamin and mineral blends, maintaining each product’s unique nutrition profile and liaising directly with suppliers to address technical queries and ensure correct application in formulations.
    - Proactively manage micronutrient levels across all formulations, staying informed on the latest nutrition research and science to keep Huel at the forefront of innovation.Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
    - Ensure all products comply with food, drink, and supplement regulations in the EU, USA, and other key markets.
    - Review and substantiate nutrition and health claims in line with EFSA, FDA, and FTC standards.
    - Produce on pack nutritionals and review marketing materials ensuring accuracy and compliance.Testing & Validation
    - Coordinate ingredient and product lab testing, managing submissions and analysing results.
    - Lead continuous compliance reviews by comparing lab results with pack copy nutritionals, addressing discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
    - Identify opportunities for nutrition optimisation while safeguarding compliance.Nutrition Profiling & Insights
    - Apply tools such as non-HFSS and NutriScore to evaluate and enhance product credentials.
