Quote Coordinator – Manufacturing
Hayes, Middlesex | Full Time, Temp Role (Duration TBC) | Mon–Thu 8:15–5:00, Fri 8:15–12:45 An established and growing manufacturing business in Hayes is looking to bring on a Quote Coordinator to support its commercial and sales operations. With a strong customer base and a busy, team-focused environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive customer contact and has a keen eye for turning quotes into confirmed business. Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of sales opportunities (typically under £10k) and follow up with customers to secure orders
• Regularly engage with clients via phone and email to maintain communication and move quotes forward
• Keep CRM and internal tracking systems updated to reflect current opportunity status
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Use commercial judgement to support the team in winning new business
• Assist with general office duties and ad hoc support as needed by the Bid Manager

• Driven and target-oriented, with a passion for delivering results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Organised and detail-conscious, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Proficient in Excel and general IT tools; knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not essential
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
