This role sits close to the commercial engine and will partner across Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy, profitability visibility and working capital outcomes. This position will also collaborate with global FP&A stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and decision-ready reporting.Key focus areas includeDevelop and uplift budgeting, forecasting and long range planning processesDeliver clear variance analysis with drivers, explanations and recommended actionsAnalyse sales performance by customer, channel and product, turning data into decisionsBuild customer and channel profitability views, including pricing, promotions and margin performanceDrive inventory, stock turns and working capital insight across the supply chainDevelop and maintain management reporting and dashboards to track financial and operational KPIsPrepare board and senior leadership reporting and conduct ad hoc commercial analysisCollaborate with global FP&A stakeholders to align reporting standards and cadenceAbout YouYou are commercially minded, analytically sharp and comfortable influencing non finance stakeholders.
