Join us and build your career at the forefront of industry transformation.What you’ll do:You will focus on HSS’ relationship with our Aviation Key Account customers, to achieve customer service excellence at all times. Maintain disciplines that adhere to our customer’s instructions. Strive to guarantee customer satisfaction, whilst working as a collective team across the Key Accounts department. To personally always provide an excellent customer experience. Raise quotes, reservations, deliveries and exchanges in accordance with guidelines and assuring service level compliance at all timesDevelop & maintain lines of communication between the customer, suppliers and HSS to build lasting relationships.Liaise with stakeholders to escalate any issues internally or regarding the customer.To encourage and demonstrate a high level of teamwork to achieve results in line with the right first time, every time ethic. Release Key Account invoices daily alongside the Administration team, checking accuracy to minimise queries and credits.Review suspended contracts and resolve these issues daily.Chase quotations daily to drive revenueAssist with customer debt queriesRespond to all calls, e-mails and messages by the end of each day, in-line with agreed service levels.Treat all internal and external customers in professional and courteous manner at all times.Meet Key Account customers who visit the department as requiredWhat you’ll bring:Experience in a customer service environment or similar.Experienced in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work on own initiative.Commitment to providing excellent customer service.Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.Some knowledge of Airport Operations and systems (ie ID Gateway) is preferred but not essentialWhat you’ll get back:Join a forward-thinking team that's committed to transforming how businesses operate, using the latest technology and a bold vision.     As a Class 2 Delivery Driver, you will take responsibility for the safe and efficient transportation of equipment and materials and providing excellent customer service to every customer. You will manage deliveries to schedule, support colleagues, assist with loading and unloading, and contribute to the smooth operation of the depot. Your role is key in ensuring each delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and positively impact customer experiences.
    What does the Class 2 Delivery Driver involve?Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and reliability.Use company technology, such as smartphones and route planning tools, to record deliveries and manage schedules.Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and the Highway Code, while completing regular vehicle checks to ensure it is roadworthy and well-maintained.Assist with loading and unloading the vehicle safely, securing goods appropriately, and using equipment and training provided.Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our company values and professionalism at all times.Support the smooth operation of your Central Hub by assisting with additional tasks such as stock movement and depot support when required.Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve any delivery issues, provide updates, and ensure a seamless service experience.Follow health & safety procedures consistently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.What do you need to succeed as a Class 2 Delivery Driver?A valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence.A valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and digital tachograph card.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex customer enquiries professionally.Knowledge of safe loading, securing, and transporting of equipment and materialsUnderstanding of and compliance with manual handling regulations, using appropriate training and equipment provided.Strong organisational and time management skills to plan and follow delivery schedules efficiently.Ability to use technology, such as route planning software, GPS, and mobile apps, to log deliveries and monitor progress.Ability to collaborate with the depot and customer service colleagues.Flexibility to support additional tasks such as stock movement, depot assistance.You are flexible in driving a range of vehicles including 3.5t, 7.5t and Class 2.Commitment to health & safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.ED&I PromiseWe believe everyone should have the opportunity to thrive and shape our future.
