You will be responsible for building relationships with the business to understand what training is currently in place, what employees require and identify skill and competency gaps to ensure all employees perform their roles effectively You’ll lead a team of Trainers ensuring they deliver a high level of operational excellence across the business. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of all payroll services across a complex business. This is a broad Payroll opportunity and you'll be involved with managing various payrolls, overseeing pension schemes and acting as the escalation point for complex queries - building the internal profile, streamlining ways of working and providing a first class payroll offering.
