Maximise Yield & Conversion. Champion premium products, experiences and exclusive-use opportunities, ensuring every enquiry is strategically qualified, priced and converted to maximise value, margin and guest experience.Lead, Manage & Motivate the Sales Team. Take full ownership of sales team performance, coaching and accountability. You will run regular, focused sales meetings, embed high standards, sharpen consultative selling skills and create a culture where targets are clearly owned and consistently delivered.Own the Pipeline, Prediction Sheet & Forecasting. Maintain absolute ownership of the sales pipeline and prediction sheet, ensuring it is live, accurate and credible at all times. You will drive pipeline discipline, stage accuracy and probability weighting to produce reliable forecasts.Proactively Drive New Business. Actively source, shape and convert new opportunities through relationship-led selling, partnerships, outbound outreach and structured pipeline development.Deliver Accurate Reporting & Commercial Insight.
