What will you be doing as a Senior Demand Planner: Forecast the expected demand for stock on all Primary Distribution Centres for a chosen group of products as accurately as possible. Reviewing sales, allocations & despatch history and adjusting it where necessary. Creating the most appropriate statistical forecast models, seeking out and applying relevant MI, and selecting the best forecast model based on forecast accuracy metrics, sales, and growth/decline trends. To build strong relationships with marketing, route to market support, and supply planning, gather relevant management information, and ensure understanding and alignment with the business demand plan. Proactively identify and address forecast accuracy issues, as well as respond to business queries in a prompt & professional manner. Lead monthly S&OP meetings What do you need to qualify for the Senior Demand Planner: Degree level qualified in Supply chain management, finance or economics. Previous experience in an analytical role ideally in supply chain, finance or as a business analysis. Gained in a Blue Chip, IT Driven, Manufacturing or Retail environment.
