You will be working on machinery within our bread factories, baking high quality products that exceed our customer expectations, as well as achieving our production and service targets. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be flexible and have the ability to work well within a team.   The Key Requirements...  You’re enthusiastic about working for Hovis! You’ll  have a willing, positive attitude with good attention to detail. Experience gained within a fast paced, quality driven environment (ideally manufacturing or FMCG but not essential.)  This isn't a standard Monday to Friday, 9-5 role, instead we’re offering a ‘4 on, 4 off shift pattern’ scheduled to work only half of the year; ideal if you enjoy a few days off in a row to balance out work and home.   We’ll provide you with opportunities to learn new skills, grow and develop and we aim to provide our colleagues with a job for life!
