Job Description As Restaurant Supervisor, in Cafe Football you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of the Hotel's dining experience. You’ll support the leadership team in overseeing daily service, ensuring that both guests and team members enjoy a positive, professional and memorable environment. Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of breakfast, lunch, dinner over a variety of shifts Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and motivating your team to do the same. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members. Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and compliance with food safety regulations. Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service. Handle guest feedback efficiently and professionally, resolving issues where appropriate. Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction. Support with rota management and team scheduling where required.
