This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families and supporting a high-performing social work team. Family Support Team (FST) responsibilities * Care and Support Plans * Robust family support to improve outcomes for children * Management of Child Protection Plans * Public Law Outline (PLO) processes * Progression of cases through to first court hearing Team Managed * 15 Social Workers * 3 Social Care Assessors * 3 Assistant Team Managers Key responsibilities * Leading and developing a large operational team * Ensuring high-quality safeguarding practice and decision-making * Driving performance, innovation, and service improvement * Supporting staff development and reflective practice * Ensuring effective management of complex safeguarding and court work * Working collaboratively with partner agencies This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking service at an exciting time of development.
