Senior Domestic Abuse Practitioner £28,598.62 Staffordshire Moorlands Permanent Full-Time As a Senior Domestic Abuse Practitioner, youll support adults and families living in our safe accommodation services. Youll deliver focused and tailored one-to-one support to help them live a life free from abuse. What youll do: Process customer referrals, identify risk and support needs, and deliver tailored practical, emotional and advocacy support for both male and female service users. Line manage staff and contribute to a safe, flexible, and high-quality support service. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, attending meetings (e.g. MARAC/CYP) and advocating for customers. Support customers with housing, benefits, tenancy responsibilities, and progression towards independence.
