What You’ll Earn:
£12.40/hour weekdays£12.51/hour weekendsTravel time paidDrivers also receive 42p per mile mileage
Example Weekly Earnings (30 hours):
30 hours of care = £372Travel time (approx. 2.5h) = £31Plus, if driving: 100 miles = £42
Total = Up to £445/week – over £23,100 a year*
*Subject to tax/NI deductions.

Providing personal care, companionship, and emotional supportHelping with meals, medication, and daily routinesSupporting individuals post-hospital discharge or during recoveryReducing isolation and helping reconnect with the communityPromoting independence and dignity every day
