This can include companionship, personal care, cooking a meal, support with shopping, or just a cup of tea and a chat reminiscing about life.You do not need experience as we offer a comprehensive Training and Support package. We will match you to a client, based on your hobbies and interests. We will introduce you to your client on the first time of meeting. We offer great rates of pay from £13.75 to £14.75 at weekends, and double pay for Bank Holidays.Mileage and Pension contributions. Flexible working hoursQualificationsYou do not need any experience or qualifications to become a support worker. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care settingor interacting with older people.
