    Key Role Responsibilities:  Resource Management To identify, assess and report resource requirements to Senior Night Team to ensure that adequate levels of stock and equipment are available as required.     To meet the needs of our adults, our Support Worker teams work a variety of shift patterns and hours, however we do ask that you are able to work from 7am or until 9:30pm at night depending on your weekly rota.
