The Role To deliver exceptional guest service by supporting the daily operations of the Hotel and Spa. The Spa Facilities Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all spa and hotel areas, while providing knowledgeable, professional, and courteous customer care.
