    Job description
    The Portfolio Management (PfM) Delivery Team ensures Programmes are joined up and being delivered in-line with quality standards and resolve any inter and intra-programme issues before they risk impacting the strategic intent of the Portfolio.
    The purpose of this role is to lead on ensuring that the Portfolio delivers it\\\'s agreed outcomes and objectives as well as being accountable for ensuring the portfolio is delivered to plan and scope.
    Responsibilities:
    Lead engagement across 100+ change initiatives, ensuring the Portfolio is delivering to plan and scope to achieve progress against the HMRC level strategic objectives. Drive proactive resolution of cross portfolio issues by the creation and leverage of strong functional relationships across the HMRC Stakeholder population. Drive critical assessment of and improvement to the delivery environment within which the Change Portfolio operates supporting increasingly efficient delivery.     The successful applicant will need to demonstrate relevant experience and effective delivery of the following essential criteria.
