The children we support are presently not able to live with their own families and many of them have suffered from trauma and loss in their young lives. Our residential house offers Crisis and emergency care to up to 4 YP, as our children are with us short term the care team are required to build relationships quickly, support and nurture the YP in a loving and compassionate way, ensuring they feel safe, cared for and loved. Our experienced team of staff work really hard to create a comfortable home for the young people where they can grow and flourish. The team at Arach have a passion for improving young people's lives, empathy and experience in trauma-informed care.
