Residents in the main part of the home benefit from a touch of additional care provided by our friendly, dedicated team, ensuring their day-to-day life remains relaxed and enjoyable. The home consists of a spacious and stylish communal area complete with a large TV and a bar, along with an elegant dining area. These areas are complimented by a vast number of windows which make the space very open and light. These areas wrap around a courtyard lushly adorned with foliage and is a lovely suntrap. In fact, the staff often put out tables and chairs in the summertime, so their residents have the option to eat al-fresco or simply enjoy the sunshine. Hampden House is also currently undergoing some transformational renovations to provide a more extravagant yet homely, cosy atmosphere. Pay & Hours: £14.82 per hour 22.5 Hours per week Night shift Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend) The Role: You will oversee the care team and ensure the safe delivery of care, support and medication with all standards met during your shift. With continued guidance from the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, as well as support from our experienced team, you will be given the opportunity to get to know the residents needs before transferring onto nights.
