This position requires an individual with previous transport or logistics experience who can effectively coordinate drivers, maintain compliance standards, and provide practical solutions to operational and customer challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring transport activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and legal requirements. Duties Coordinating daily transport operations and driver activities. Providing clear instructions and support to drivers throughout their shifts. Monitoring transport performance and service delivery. Ensuring compliance with transport legislation, driver hours regulations, and company procedures. Investigating and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Responding to customer enquiries and providing practical transport solutions. Supporting route planning and operational efficiency. Maintaining accurate transport records and reports.
