They are seeking reliable, motivated individuals with proven air cargo warehouse experience who can thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Interviews are taking place immediately, with immediate starts available for the right candidates.Night Shift Warehouse Operatives (2 Positions) Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Hours: 7:00pm – 7:00am Salary: £32,500 per year Holiday: 20 days including Bank Holidays Day Shift Warehouse Operative (1 Position – Potential Supervisor Progression) Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm Salary: £30,000 per year Progression: Opportunity to move into a Supervisor role, with salary increasing up to £37,000 Holiday: 20 days including Bank HolidaysKey ResponsibilitiesHandling air freight cargo within a busy warehouse environment Loading and unloading vehicles and ULDs safely and efficiently Operating a FLT Counterbalance to move cargo within the warehouse Building and breaking down pallets in line with air freight procedures Checking and verifying cargo documentation and shipment details Ensuring cargo is handled securely and in line with aviation security regulations Maintaining accurate records and warehouse systems where required Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean working environment Working effectively as part of a shift-based warehouse team to meet operational deadlinesRequirementsSkills & Experience RequiredRequired: Air freight cargo warehouse experience FLT Counterbalance licence (internal or external accepted)Desirable Live within approximately 10–12 miles of Slough Have their own transport (shift times are not suited to reliance on public transport) Demonstrate stable employment history For the day shift role, supervisory or managerial experience would be beneficial BenefitsWhy Apply?Join a growing and reputable logistics operator.Competitive salary + opportunity for long-term progression. Apply today via Hexagon Recruitment Partners

This is a senior operational role with full responsibility for ensuring the fleet runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all UK and EU transport regulations.This position would suit a confident, hands-on transport professional with strong compliance knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience within air freight and/or European haulage operations.Location: Slough
    Hours: Monday–Friday | 10-hour day shifts
    Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)RequirementsYou will oversee the day-to-day fleet operation, working closely with two other Transport Managers as part of a collaborative management team.
