Working Arrangement: Office-basedWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler to join a well-established business based in Worcester. This role sits at the centre of a busy service and administration function and will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.As Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating workloads, supporting operational teams, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Accurately logging jobs within the internal systemAnswering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and directing them to the appropriate team membersCreating purchase orders for subcontractor workProducing key data and reports for department leadsScheduling workloads efficiently and liaising with field-based staff regarding upcoming workIssuing full details of booked work, including equipment requirements and visit informationReconciling paperwork and timesheetsProviding general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars=What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a Scheduling, Coordination or Administration roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced office environmentAdditional Information:This is a fully office-based role located in Worcester, working Monday to Friday.
