In addition to this, they offer complimentary environmental and industrial services to a broad base of private and public sector customers.Due to continued growth across the business, they are seeking an Industrial Operative to join their industrial services team immediately.Job Description-Although the business is based in Kidderminster, the role will involve working away from home- project sites can be anywhere in the UK, including Scotland & Northern Ireland. This will mean nights away from home, from 3 up to 10 nights at any time. Accommodation is paid for and provided. You are not required to share a room; you will be provided a single occupancy room.Transport is not essential as the company will provide transport to and from the project sites, it is just essential that candidates can get to the company in Kidderminster. Ideally candidates need to live within 30 minutes of Kidderminster.This position will be working on industrial services projects such as oil tank cleaning, fuel polishing, confined space work, site decommissioning, oil tank installations and industrial water jetting. The role is very manual and dirty, however all safety equipment and Kit is provided by the company.This role will offer training, mentoring and career progression for the right candidate.A current CSCS Card is required, however training at height, confined space training and a safety passport are all advantageous. Training Courses costing upto £ will be provided for you for this role, that are for your professional development.Rate of Pay- £13.50-£14p/h- minimum of 10 hours per day is worked.Hours of work 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday plus travel time to and from site. Some mornings start at 5am to get to site. Travel time is paid at single rate and overtime is paid at time & a half. Earning Potential up to £35-38K per annum. Weekly Pay.
