The RoleThe position is primarily focused on providing remote IT support through a Service Desk environment, with occasional onsite visits to customer locations when required.You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, responding to support requests, and ensuring systems remain operational for a range of business users.Key responsibilities include:* Providing first line technical support via phone, email and remote tools
* Logging, managing and resolving incidents and service requests
* Supporting Windows based environments and Microsoft services
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues
* Maintaining clear documentation of support requests and system updates
* Working with internal teams and third-party providers when required
* Occasional onsite customer supportAbout YouThe successful candidate will have experience in an IT support role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced Service Desk environment.Key skills include:* Experience supporting Windows environments
* Knowledge of Microsoft including Teams and SharePoint
