Due to continued growth, they're seeking confident and knowledgeable professionals to join their expanding team.As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries. You'll deliver tailored insurance solutions, provide trusted advice, and build strong, lasting relationships.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business quotationsAdvising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial insurance productsNegotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms and comprehensive coverSupporting Account Executives with administrative and technical tasksEnsuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal proceduresProviding a high standard of customer service to foster client loyalty and retention
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the role.You will ideally have:A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Commercial Account Handler position or similar roleA solid understanding of the insurance marketExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlinesExperience using insurance based systems and MS ExcelCert CII qualification (not essential)
