Your rota will be 4 days working, 2 days off - this includes 2 morning shifts (07:30 – 14:45/13:45) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:15 – 21:45) and includes weekend work. About You We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, with a calm and empathetic nature. We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren't essential for the role. Above all, we are looking for someone who identifies with our core values of putting people first, being passionate about quality, prioritising safety and being progress focused. We are committed to building a stable and sustainable workforce to ensure that we provide the best continuity of care for the people we support.     About The Role We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our specialist residential service at Meadow View, Doncaster. There are two distinct aspects to the role of a Team Leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and a management function. You will be responsible for the general supervision of support colleagues to ensure that the people we support receive a complete person-centred care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers practice is the primary focus of this role along with influencing of Colleague performance and acting as an excellent role model. Interviews for this role will take place on 27th November. About You You must hold a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or are working towards a level 3 and have significant experience of care support work at a standard assessed as competent in all aspects of the role.

    About The Role We are looking to appoint a Maintenance & Grounds Operative at our Wilsic service. The role primarily involves responsibility for providing high standards of general maintenance to the buildings and grounds of the service. You will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are well maintained, repairs are rectified swiftly and that they comply with relevant health and safety regulations along with ensuring the grounds are maintained to a high standard.  The base of this role will be Wilsic, however you may be required to travel to other services from time to time. Working hours and days will be Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. About You The successful candidate must be physically fit, enthusiastic and have experience in a similar grounds or gardening role. Experience in a variety of grounds tools and equipment (hedge trimmers, pedestrian mowers, strimmers etc.) is highly desirable but formal training will also be given. The role also involves working in both residential gardens but also wider communal spaces and woodland areas. This role also involves the responsibility of checks on outdoor playing equipment, general external cleaning or repairs and site management duties. You should be prepared for the physical and outdoor nature of the role that requires you to work in all weathers.
