You will have the ability to quickly establish positive relationships with diverse groups of young people and partners, to respond flexibly to their needs and to the priorities of the Service. Good organisation and communication skills are essential as you will be producing reports and corresponding with young people, parents, and partner agencies. You should be confident in the use of IT including to accurately record data. You will be required to travel across the county so access to a vehicle is essential.
