    The Role
    You will manage a varied and steady caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The work will span freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing and more complex title issues-offering both variety and quality.
    Key Responsibilities
    * Handling residential transactions from start to finish
    * Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and leasehold matters efficiently
    * Conducting detailed title investigations and dealing with Land Registry applications
    * Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients throughout their transactions
    * Liaising proactively with estate agents, lenders, brokers and all third parties
    * Ensuring all work is fully compliant with legal and regulatory obligations
    About You
    You will bring:
    * At least 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
    * Strong technical ability across freehold, leasehold, remortgages and refinancing
    * Excellent communication skills and a client-centred approach
    * A proactive, commercially minded attitude
    * The ambition to grow, develop and contribute to the wider success of the team
