Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: April 30, 2026 with potential to extend
Work set-up: Hybrid, with attendance at the London office three days per weekWe’re looking for an Experience Analyst to join a newly formed delivery pod, working alongside Service Designers and UX Designers to help shape how services and product experiences are defined, structured, and brought to life. You’ll collaborate closely with an established team model and contribute to work that may span governance, work arrangement standards, data management, or AI-related initiatives. Specific projects are still being finalised, so adaptability and comfort with ambiguity are key. We are hiring for multiple roles and have a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked together as part of the same squad or pod. While individual applications are welcome, we’re especially interested in ready-made micro-teams who have delivered cohesive service or product missions together. If you have colleagues you’ve partnered with successfully (Service Designers or UX Designers), please apply together or reference them in your application. This role is ideal for someone who sits at the intersection of logic, flow structure, and experience definition, someone who understands how the service vision translates into real, buildable product experiences. Your clarity, reasoning, and ability to turn complexity into understandable logic will be essential to the team’s success. What you will doWork within a cross-functional pod to support a dedicated workstream.Translate service and experience direction into clear, structured requirements, flows, and user stories.Act as the “logic owner” behind journeys, screens, and interactions — able to articulate the why behind each decision.Facilitate alignment across Service Designers, UX Designers, Data teams, Product, and Engineering.Support discovery, analysis, and sense-making activities across ambiguous problem spaces.Ensure all requirements and user stories accurately reflect business logic, user needs, and the intended product or service outcomes.Help maintain pod cohesion and delivery flow — ideally alongside teammates you’ve worked with before.
    Qualifications

Strong experience in business analysis, experience analysis, or a similar analytical/digital role specifically working with creative teams.Ability to map and articulate flow logic, requirements structures, and system interactions clearly and confidently.Excellent reasoning skills and the ability to explain the logic behind each user journey or product decision.Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within digital, product, or service design environments.Familiarity with service design contexts, complex workflows, or data/AI-adjacent projects is beneficial.Confident communicator able to bridge conversations between design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders.Comfortable operating in environments where the work may evolve or shift as discovery progresses.Strong preference for candidates who have previously delivered alongside familiar teammates.
