    About The Role UKPN Services are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer to join their team at Heathrow! Within this role, you would be reporting to the Quality and Assurance Manager and will work as part of the UKPN Services management team at Heathrow Airport and act as the local Quality representative at operational/project level with external partners. The primary focus of the Quality Engineer, is to provide competent quality management advice to promote compliance to ISO 9001: 2015 in the review, audit, certification, induction and management of procedures and processes in electrical infrastructure construction projects for UKPN Services. Principal Accountabilities:  Provide Quality Management advice about ISO 9001: 2015 to other advisors, managers, employees, contractors and clients. Contribute to the review of existing and the development of new procedures/processes. Monitor compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, procedures, legal and moral obligations, and national, international and client standards. Support the Client Delivery Manager and provide assistance and offer guidance to Project Managers in reviewing quality related project documents and requirements. Provide a monitoring function to ensure that suppliers, subcontractors and the services they provide exceed our quality management system expectations. Monitor site certification of materials and equipment, including tool calibration, to ensure compliance with client and project requirements. Facilitate third-party audits of UK Power Networks Services by external certification bodies. Champion quality management system processes in the business to ensure certification requirements are maintained. Be a point of reference for the ISO 44001 Collaborative Working relationship with Heathrow Airport Limited and support the project team in the maintenance of the certification and working relationship. Must be able to demonstrate time spent working in the UK construction industry under the UK CDM (2015) regulations and be able to support the Client Delivery Manager and project team in applying CDM (2015) requirements.
