Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive in- Monitor and observe children's development and progress- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of each child- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities and progress- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interactionExperience:- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is required. HNC in Childhood Practice or equivalent required. - Knowledge of child development principles and practices- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environmentNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
