Do you enjoy working on everything from eye-catching content and events to targeted digital campaigns? We’re looking for a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic Marketing team and play a key role in promoting our Group, courses and opportunities to students, employers and communities. What you’ll be doing Creating engaging promotional content, including prospectuses, leaflets, posters, mailshots and website copy Planning and delivering targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns across a range of audiences Supporting and attending internal and external events, from recruitment fairs to celebration events Managing and updating website content using a CMS to keep our digital presence fresh and accurate Delivering email marketing campaigns using CRM data Working closely with curriculum teams, employer engagement and apprenticeships teams Carrying out market research, competitor analysis and insight gathering This is a hands-on role, where your ideas and initiative will be encouraged and valued. Salary: £45,734 - £48,514 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Weeks: 52 weeks per year We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Health and Safety Manager to join our Estates team across all 3 of our campuses. You will be responsible for managing and directing the Group’s Health and Safety function, ensuring a safe, healthy and legally compliant environment for all students, staff, visitors and contractors. The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group has three College campuses, in Wakefield, Castleford and Selby, where you will lead the teams on the development, implementation and rigorous oversight of the Group’s Health and Safety strategies, and ensuring full statutory compliance with current legislation. You will be required to: Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and review of the Group’s Health & Safety Strategy, ensuring continuous improvement, legal compliance, and alignment with the Group’s wider strategic objectives. Maintain full oversight and control of compliance with all statutory requirements including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, COSHH, RIDDOR, and Fire Safety legislation. Manage and support the integration of health and safety within the Estates ISO 9001 Quality Management System and act as the lead authority for all associated compliance records and audit evidence.
