    About the role:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of aesthetic and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should be organized, have a strong attention to detail and be capable of working in a compliant process driven environment.Requirements (essential) Previous experience in a pharmacy or warehouse, or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy loads. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Adherence to health and safety guidelines. Secondary school examinations or equivalent. Desirable requirements: Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage requirements is an asset NVQ 2 Qualified Familiarity with Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and EU GDP Guidelines (2013/C 343/01) Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming product shipments. Ensure all items match the accompanying documentation. Report any discrepancies or damages to the relevant internal stakeholders. Safely and securely store pharmaceutical products in designated areas. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems. Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of stock. Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery to various locations. Prepare pharmaceutical products for shipment in compliance with regulations. Conduct regular quality checks on stored and shipped products. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product integrity. Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials. Work closely with other team members to coordinate workflow. Communicate effectively with pharmacists, delivery personnel and other relevant stakeholders. In this role, you’ll take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, partnering closely with department heads to ensure financial plans align with operational goals. You’ll deliver actionable insights, streamline planning processes, and help shape the company’s commercial strategy.Responsibilities:  Lead and oversee the annual budgeting process across all departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Lead and oversee the reforecasting process across all departments. Partner with department heads and others to consolidate detailed revenue, expense, and capital expenditure budgets. Own the development and maintenance of dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning and decision-making Working with financial accounts team to analyse financial results against budget and forecasts, identifying key variance and recommending solutions on variances. Provide data to support with monthly and quarterly business reviews with key accounts and suppliers Leverage systems to support in the preparation and analysis of financial plans – using Power Bi, Datalakes and Salesforce Act as a finance business partner, advising departments leads to the financial implications of commercial and operational decisions Collaborate with Commercial teams to refine pricing strategies, cost structures and revenue optimisation initiatives Prepare ROI models for future large capex projects and support with evaluating the planned return versus actuals Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting accuracy and process automation Champion a culture of financial accountability and data-driven decision making across the business Requirements:  Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a scaling SME environment Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation within finance Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage non-finance stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits
